Terms for using Backdrop.

By creating an account or using Backdrop, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

You retain your rights in the videos, images, and other material you upload. You give Backdrop permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, maintain it, and respond to your requests.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis to upload and process your content. Do not use Backdrop for unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or privacy-violating activity.

Credits are used for completed seconds of video processing. A partial second does not consume an additional credit. Prices, available packs, supported currencies, and payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment is credited only after Backdrop verifies it. Credit balances do not expire under the current product policy, unless we tell you otherwise before a future purchase.

Backdrop may apply file, duration, format, API, and rate limits to protect the service. Processing results can vary with footage, lighting, motion, and source quality. You should review outputs before relying on them in a production workflow.

We work to keep Backdrop available, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms.
